for the UNCED Conference (Rio' 92), and with a modified
version put forward in 19997, 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001.

Text : |
All signatories of any contract, statutes, civil
action, legal action or charter, whether they represent an
individual citizen, an association, a company, or an entity
of regional or national government, shall include in the
document to be signed, either unilaterally or together, the
following clause, hereinafter referred to as the
"Universal Article". |
Aim : |
Diffusion of the conventions so as to facilitate their
application by means of a legally binding clause called the
" Universal Article ", to be reproduced voluntarily
in its entirety and in handwritten form. |
Motive : |
The United Nations mentions numerous disbalances which endanger the future of humanity, and urgently calls for the implementation of the recovery plans set in its Declarations relating to Sustainable Development. |
