Text :

All signatories of any contract, statutes, civil action, legal action or charter, whether they represent an individual citizen, an association, a company, or an entity of regional or national government, shall include in the document to be signed, either unilaterally or together, the following clause, hereinafter referred to as the "Universal Article".

‹‹ Universal Article: Before reaching any decision or subsequently applying any course of action, the signatory/signatories undertake to act in respect of and in accordance with the "European Convention of Human Rights" of 3 May 1974 and
the Convention of the Rights of Children of 20/11/89, and to act in the sprit of the Rio Declaration on the Environment and Sustainable Development adopted in June 1992.››
 

Aim :

Diffusion of the conventions so as to facilitate their application by means of a legally binding clause called the " Universal Article ", to be reproduced voluntarily in its entirety and in handwritten form.
 

Motive :

The United Nations mentions numerous disbalances which endanger the future of humanity, and urgently calls for the implementation of the recovery plans set in its Declarations relating to Sustainable Development.
