The Legally Binding Action of Universal Interest, common name for the citizen’s contract, copyright registration on the 27 of May 1991 at the court of Perpignan, it was actualised at the CNUED RIO 92 (Conference of the United Nations for the environment and the sustainable development).
A.Bournet participate with the French delegation to the seminary “Deciders for the peace” during the conferences of the Non-governmental Organizations, at the Global Forum, organized at the same time than the governmental conferences at the “Meeting of the earth of RIO 92”, with a stop to the forum of companies of Sao Paulo.
Objectives:
a] Propose a worldly program.b] To confront the Legally Binding Action to the leaders of all the countries participating to the seminary. Success of the petition: we received all the signatures expected.
c] At Sao Paulo : At the Companies’ forum, I was hoping to do promotion of the department of “Orientals Pyrenees” to the companies in development and looking for places for their implantation. I didn’t have any success, in fact, as usually the helps and subventions asked were not coming, to extend my trip. With the help of a member of the consulate I met Mr M STONG, in charge of the organization of the “Meeting of the Earth”. At the end of a conference with the major of Sao Paulo, I gave him the program of the worldly actions of our association with the Legally Binding Action of Universal Interest.
