1997          -  Proposition of Law : Legally Binding Action of Universal Interest, M.Henri SICRE, member of the parliament of the department “Oriental Pyrenees”,

Asked through the “hand-written question” to the lower house of the French Parliament. The answer published in the official newspaper suggested us to Change the “Universal Declaration of the Human’s Rights” by the “European Convention of the Human’s Rights” which is compatible with the french law.

1994            -  Preparation for the Diploma of Osteopathy of the Osteopathic college of Montpellier (6 years).

1993          -  Creator of the program “the riders for the peace” on 5 phases of realisation by association “Two Hands for Tomorrow”.

1)      Mr. BOURNET organize the first multiethnic culturel program for  Bosnian (muslim), Croatian (catholic), Serbian( orthodox) children.
