GENERALS OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION 

 

The Association Two Hands for Tomorrow is working with the Conventions of the United Nations to do humanitarian, cultural and economic actions to promote the international, regional and local exchanges between the people, the communities and the citizens of the world as of the city. It tries by all the legal ways possible to make the individual energies converge to insure the well being and the becoming of the most fragile, the most penalized and the smallest member of the society, the child, the men and women of tomorrow.

 

1)      We propose the using of a contractual method of diffusion of the three conventions at the base of the International Law called:

 

“Legally Binding Action of International Interest” common name for the citizen contract.

A copyright registration was done on the 27 of May 1991, at the court of Perpignan, modified in June 1992, after the C.N.U.E.D.RIO 92

 

Legally Binding Action of International Interest:

All signatories of any contract, statute, civil deed, legal action or charter, whether they represent an individual citizen, an association, a company, or an entity of regional or national government, shall include in the document to be signed, either singly or together, the following clause:

 

UNIVERSAL ARTICLE: Before reaching any decision or subsequently applying any course of action, the signatory(ies) undertake to act in the respect of and in accordance with the conventions of the United Nations, namely “European Convention of the Rights of the human being”, dated 3^rd. May 1974, the “Convention of the Rights of the Child”, dated 20^th.Novemebr 1989, and to act in the spirit of the “Declaration of RIO” on the environment and sustainable Development, adopted in June 1992.

 

We propose the using of the Universal Article in all the contract of the social, economic, politic activities, in every level of co- responsibilities, parental, local, regional, international.

 

2)      We broadcast the guide of the “Agenda 21” : summary of the “Agenda 21” of RIO in June 92 : it content all the recommendations in every fields of human activities to restore  the unbalance and prepare the 21^st century: documentation of the United Nations.

 

 

 

3)      We broadcast the “Appeal from the children to the leaders of the world”

It was done by the children of the world and express by their representatives at the conference of the leaders in RIO.

 

4)      We  broadcast the three conventions mentions in the Legally Binding Action of the Universal Interest.

5)      We are doing programs of action (see generals objectives)
